SAHQA HEALTH QIGONG COACH CERTIFICATE

Coach Program

Teaching Technical Advice and Implementation

This module is dedicated to providing a basic overview and understanding of forms content to train toward on their own or toward instructor level training. The focus is to build confidence, knowledge, and skills for self assist training. 

  • Liu Tze Jue
  • Ba Duan Jin
  • Yi Jin Jing
  • Music without narration
  • 6-minute routine
  • Theory of TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and movement
  • Exam

Minimum requirements

Level 1 Pre-Chih total of 16/18 hours.

Levels 2 (A, B, C, D) 32 hours

Duration:
2 x 8hrs  Seminars
Total 16 hours to complete Level 3 (A, B)

Qualification:
SA Health Qigong Certified Instructor (Chih 1,2, 3) achieved

Time:
8 am to 12 pm Lunch 1 pm to 5 pm (small breaks are given)

Dress:
Loose non-restrictive clothing attire and flat-soled shoes

Bring food, snacks, notepad, and pen.

Cost:
2 x Seminars (A, B) and Practical Exam
Total R4200.00

SA Health Qigong Association is the local organisation which assists local cooperation among like-minded individuals and groups to obtain local and international training and accreditation.

SAHQA preparatory Duans are classified as Chih levels, needed as preparation for the more advanced international accreditation. Qualifying in these levels will enable the player to teach within South Africa and the Africa region. Once qualified on all Chih levels, IKLWC will guide players who wish to further their training to proceed to international accreditation by both IKLWC/SAHQA and the International Health Qigong Federation (IHQF).
